“Last Friday evening our water tanks ceased functioning. On Monday Morning I called Murphy’s supply, where I had purchased our marathon water heater in 1995, to determine who could repair the water heater. I knew that there were probably only a few outfits who could service that heater. They gave me your number. When we began speaking I felt pretty confident that I had called the right place. The office manager was concerned about our problem, she was attentive to our time constraints and she had a good sense of humor. Later that afternoon the supervisor stopped by to take a look at our problem. He explained some of the problems that could arise from repairing the Marathon and advised installing a standard 50 gallon heater. We agreed that your company would install the standard 50 gallon tank on Tuesday. At around 8am there you were with our new water heater ringing our bell. Both gentlemen worked quickly, quietly and efficiently. They responded to my few requests in the best possible manner. They removed the old tank and its parts and left my utility room clean. I know that it takes some good effort to find folks like the ones at Woods who know their jobs and do them with expertise, humor and caring for me. Thanks for a job well done.”
